Marketing Intern

Orchestra of St. Luke’s seeks a part-time marketing intern for summer 2013.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist with marketing and promotion efforts for performances (including events, mailings, and social marketing initiatives)
  • Digitization, upkeep and maintenance of institutional press, program, and recording archives
  • Online lead research, mailing list, and data management for box office and upcoming campaigns
  • Daily administrative support, including filing, mailings, and copying
  • Research and populate online listings, including SEO initiatives and other campaigns
  • In-house collateral production, print, and mailing
  • Participation in marketing department strategy brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to organize and work in fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with and interest in classical music a plus
