Marketing Intern
Orchestra of St. Luke’s seeks a part-time marketing intern for summer 2013.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist with marketing and promotion efforts for performances (including events, mailings, and social marketing initiatives)
- Digitization, upkeep and maintenance of institutional press, program, and recording archives
- Online lead research, mailing list, and data management for box office and upcoming campaigns
- Daily administrative support, including filing, mailings, and copying
- Research and populate online listings, including SEO initiatives and other campaigns
- In-house collateral production, print, and mailing
- Participation in marketing department strategy brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to organize and work in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with and interest in classical music a plus
